To confirm your booking you will need to complete a booking form and arrange for deposit/full payment - to download our booking form please click on button below:-

PAYMENTS:-

Deposit and Balance:-

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking; reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
The final balance is due 6 weeks (42 days) prior to arrival date.
If booking within 6 weeks of arrival date then full payment is required.

We will provisionally hold your booking for 48 hours to allow you to arrange deposit payment (full payment if less than 6 week before arrival date).

Please note that any booking is provisional until we have received your payment to secure your booking and we send confirmation. If we do not receive this payment then the booking may be cancelled unless agreed.

Pay no booking fee when you book via this website, as you're booking direct with the owner.

Prices quoted include linens, towels , wifi, utilities, a basket of logs and kindling for the fire, cot, high chair, free parking.

Bookings generally start on a Friday or Monday but if your start date falls on another day, please email me and I'll see if I can accommodate your request: stay@troutsdalefarm.co,uk

Short breaks are available all year round and generally run for 2 or 3 nights from Friday or midweeks from Monday for 4 nights , but we do have other dates available working around these and can be seen on the calender.

However we can also take payments with the following options:

Additional Booking Information

We TRY and keep our booking calendar simple and work around our normal changeover days being a Friday or Monday - with booking flexibility worked in around them.

WEEK STAYS:-

Friday-Friday or Monday-Monday - 7 nights
(we can sometimes accommdate other start dates please contact us - but for the online booking calendar we try and keep it simple!)

MIDWEEK BREAKS:-

Monday-Friday - from 2 to 4 nights

For 3 or 4 nights - please look out for our seasonal 4 nights for the price of 3!
Midweek 2 night stays are now also available

WEEKEND BREAKS:

Short Weekend Breaks - (2 nights):-

Arrive Friday after 4pm, depart Sunday by 9am OR
Arrive Saturday 4 pm onwards (we can sometimes do an early arrival) depart on Monday by 9 am

Long Weekend Breaks - (3 nights):-

Arrive Friday after 4 pm,
Depart Monday by 9 am OR Sunday with a lazy Sunday checkout

Extra Long Weekend Breaks (4 nights) : -

Arrive Thursday - after 4pm
Depart Monday by 9 am OR Sunday with lazy Sunday checkout

If you would like to book weekend break with a lazy Sunday checkout (so you can leave any time you like on Sunday rather than by 9am) - please book out your break INCLUDING the Sunday night online to stop others booking this Sunday, otherwise you will still be expected to leave by 9am, thank you)

We can sometimes accommodate different start dates or lengths not shown on the online booking availability calender eg Wednesday to Monday or Wednesday to Wednesday - please contact us for your requirements.

Arrival/Departure:

Arrival time is 4 pm onwards

Departure time no later than 9 am - to give us time to prepare the property for any following guests please and follow Covid cleaning procedure

Initial basket of logs for log burning stove - further available
Bed linen, duvets and pillows (anti allergy available on request) - with all beds made up for your arrival
2 towels per guest (bath towel and hand towel)
Kitchen towels and tea-towels

NO SMOKING allowed in either property.

NO PETS allowed in either property or on site.

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, be sure to let us know in writing as soon as possible.

Book any remaining dates in February and we will include 2 tickets to either Hopton Hall or Rhode Hall with their fabulous snowdrop walks for you to enjoy during your stay with us (subject to availability) - please request when booking.

We are lucky to have spectacular snowdrop walks nearby to enjoy them and highly recommend a visit during your stay with us in February. Its lovely to get out in the fresh air and enjoy the beauty of nature in early spring.

Treat Mum throughout March - she is worth it! ... and we also know that busy families can not always get together this weekend.

For any remaining March breaks we will include cream tea on arrival - so you can just arrive and treat mum - you'll just need to put the kettle on for her! (Please request when booking).

The family can book the cottage, includes all beds made up for arrival, 2 towels each, basics like tea, coffee sugar, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, bin liners, etc etc - all the things that mums 'have to think about' when going away!!.......... so the family can just book the cottage for a treat and mum just has to pack a few clothes!!

This year we are lambing abit later - The baby lambs are due from the end of April into May - this is our heritage breed sheep of Shropshire breed. So May is definately the best month to book if you want to see the baby lambs!
