These are very special to us .... each skin has been carefully hand cured with natural salt.... and then dried with the Peak District sun and wind ..... we then sent them to one of the last remaining places in the UK for a traditional 'curing' process (so many fleeces now go over the China etc!!) .... this process takes many weeks... up to 30+ weeks!

We are so pleased with them .... from our Heritage Shropshire Breed of Sheep, the breed with the oldest pedigree flock book society in the UK..... and originating from the hills of North Staffordshire and Shropshire in the mid 1800's ... and just so cosy and warm to snuggle into ....

Rugs can then be collected from the farm - please just phone to arrange time to collect rather than 'just turning up'.

We can also post them out by Royal Mail Delivery - you may need to be in to sign for them - postage and packing charge is usually around £20.00 but we will confirm with each order
