"Our second visit. Same high standards and welcome. Thank very much. Good to see the area in the Springtime. Everything is so green and the wildflowers superb. Would recommend Biddulph Gardens (National Trust) and Chatsworth well worth the entry fee. Cycling The Manifold Valley was fun and not difficult, particularly good for children as most of it is traffic free. Leek also worth exploring, interesting market and antique shops "

ENTRANCE HALL: Stone flagged entrance hall leading to kitchen and lounge areas - with original stone granary steps leading to first floor.
KITCHEN: Spacious and well equipped open plan kitchen and dining area and seating for 10, with double belfast sink, electric cooker with oven and grill and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and island unit, oak kitchen units with oak and marble tops.
LOUNGE: Spacious and comfy lounge with Cleaview log burning stove, Flatscreen TV, DVD and CD player, and glass door leading to enclosed garden with BBQ and seating with panormic views over open countryside and the Peak District National Park. 
UTILITY ROOM: With belfast sink and washing machine, iron and ironing board.
DOWNSTAIRS TOILET ROOM: Seperate downstairs toilet with washbasin.

  • Extra Long weekend - available from Thursday for 3 or 4 nights 

Mid Week Breaks: 
  • From Monday for 3 or 4 nights, and are generally 4 nights for the price of 3.
  • From Monday or Wednesday - 2 night breaks during midweek - please contact us.
